Haiti faced a natural disaster of unprecedented proportion, an earthquake unlike anything the country has ever experienced. The magnitude 7.0 earthquake – and several very strong aftershocks – struck only 10 miles from Port-au-Prince. Over 2 million people in Port-au-Prince faced this catastrophe alone and idle hands will only make this tragedy worse. Many people across the country have already started to contribute to the Haiti Relief Effort and Play Cloths must do its part as well. Sometimes it is very confusing when donating do to the high level of corruption within certain charities but in this instance Play Cloths feels that Wyclef Jean is a man they can trust.

So starting today, Friday January 15th @ 3pm EST, Play Cloths will release a signature Jack logo t-shirt designed for the Haiti Relief Effort. 100% OF THE PROCEEDS WILL BE DONATED to the YELE HAITI EARTHQUAKE FUND, which is an organization supported by Wyclef Jean. Planet hunters have detected an extrasolar planet that is only four times the mass of Earth, making it the second smallest exoplanet ever discovered. Astronomers using the 10-meter Keck I telescope at the Keck Observatory in Hawaii found the un-poetically named HD156668b, which has a mass of roughly 4.15 Earth masses. It orbits its parent star in just over four days and is located roughly 80 light years from Earth in the direction of the constellation Hercules. A homage to one of the greatest hip hop songs PERIOD (check the Video if you need to be Educated), the 93 til' tee was a representation of a classic ideal that meshes well with our ideas of personal advancement and continuing into the future, wherever that may take us.

Status throws grand opening event this Saturday, December 12.
Status, a streetwear spot and skate shop within Westfield Mall on Market Street (San Francisco), isn’t your typical streetwear site. They are living proof of the struggle and the upcoming win of an underdog, a breathing lesson that there is no room for quick judgments, and that there’s always room for innovation in the streetwear world.
